As we prepare to celebrate our fiftieth reunion, each class member is being called upon to give back to our beloved Central State University so that students may continue to have the same opportunities we were given. The new online fundraising initiative on CSUBelievers.com is a great way to raise critical funds, while interacting and reuniting with each other.

Just as we needed Central State University in order to be successful, it needs us now. The Class of 1969 will be presenting a donation to the University during our 2019 Homecoming celebration. The goal established by your class officers and the reunion committee for the 1969 class is to raise a MINIMUM of $69,000.00 for our alma mater. Please consider, as many have done, budgeting a monthly payment. Any amount you are able to donate will be appreciated but please make it a stretch commitment as CSU needs our maximum support.

In order to give this fundraising initiative a “shot in the arm” I will be making a one-time donation of $10,000 before year-end. To give your gift online, simply join and contribute to the Class of 1969 Team on CSUBelievers.com. If you are interested in an additional 2017 tax deduction be sure and make your contribution before 2017 year-end.

We encourage you to reach out to class members with whom you have contact and encourage them to participate in this online giving campaign. You can share our online giving page and spread the news about the 1969 class initiative via social media, e-mail and text.

As a participant, you will have access to tools to help you share your experience with Central State and invite people to support you through online donations. CSU's online fundraising page is effective, safe, and easy!

If for any reason you would prefer to mail a check, you can do so. Make checks payable to Central State University with “Class of ’69 fiftieth reunion” on the memo line and it will be posted to the Class of 69 Believers portal. The check should be mailed to the CSU Office of Alumni Relations, P.O. Box 269, Wilberforce, OH45384.
